Strategic Planning Course

A training course aimed at providing trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement effective strategic plans that help guide their organizations toward achieving long-term goals. The course focuses on the basic concepts of strategic planning, competitive environment analysis, setting visions and strategic objectives, and how to effectively implement and monitor strategies.
